Better than Blu-Ray Player!

Pros: I've using using my Blu-ray player to watch Netflix and Hulu for a couple years now and I've been frustrated for a couple years too! The Roku 3 is by far the best streaming device I've used. Boot up is Fast, It connects Instantly to network with out issues. The processor is extremely fast, I can bounce in and out of apps quickly with almost no load time.
Cons: This only Issue I have had is when I leave it on over night and go to play a video the next day I get a Error. Rebooting the Roku Fixes it right away, from what I have read it could be a faulty HDMI cable not posting correctly. Not a major concern in the over all performance for me!

Good hardware, USB playback could use an update

Headphones attached to the remote is an awesome feature. Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon prime all work really well. My only complaint is with the USB playback functionality. DivX support would be nice, occasionally it freezes on my mp4 files and restarts. The UI for USB playback could also use an update.

My husband and I have had the Roku 3 for a couple months now and we still love it! We subscribe to both Netflix and Hulu Plus and enjoy the multitude of offerings on both channels. We literally watched the entire series of West Wing, one of my husband's all-time favorite shows, and enjoyed it immensely. The streaming is instant, the shows are flawless, and while watching that entire series of West Wing not ONE commercial...totally amazing! Other free channels are great, too. Love the offerings of music channels, and movie channels. Such an easy set up, too. Literally minutes from the box to up and running.

Have had the Roku for several months and have not found a single problem with it. Not only does it do what I wanted but the Roku 3 has introduced me to features I didn't even know about. Possibly one of the best $100 purchases I have ever made in technology!

This is a perfect little device, and totally worth the money. We don't have cable, and just pay for Netflix and Hulu monthly. It's so affordable, easy to set up, and I've been recommending it to many people!

Great way to cut the cord!

I've been using the Roku for the past two months and love it. The fact that it interfaces with so many different services (like Netflix, Hulu, etc...) and also includes other free channels (like access to TED talks, etc...) makes it a bargain. The only caveat is that you should have a decent connection to make it worthwhile.

Better than paying for cable.

I have Ruko on all my tvs. I live it. With the 300 I paid buy 3 systems, is way better than the $ 300 cable bill a month. I can watch what I want when ever. I love Red a Box , Hulu Plus & Netflix. I'm so happy I found this little gem.

Free Tv!! Free Movies!!

I have had DirecTv since 1995. The price just kept going up & up. I thought I would give the Roku 3 a shot. I have not looked back. This unit will not be the end-all for everyone, but it works great for my wife and I, and our grandkids love it. They can watch what they want to watch whenever. They can pause it, rewind it, re-watch it. Works great. I highly recommend the Roku.
