This is a great player that is easy to use, we just plugged it in and it was ready to go. I love the compact size, and also that I can use an app on my iphone with it. Much easier than our old system.

Roku 3 is an amazing addition to my TV veiwing

I bought this Roku 3 to watch via internet programs that are not available on broadcast TV. Roku wifi streaming is excellent. It did not freeze, did not skip ever. This is with other computers working the same bandwidth.

I bought the Roku 3 and this is our first experience in this kind of device and app media. The app choices are multiple, but the info about each one is very limited. Some of the services inturupt the programs with ads/commercials-- and often. This is very disturbing and I got so upset that I will not use them. If this could be improved - I might give them another chance.

In this day and age your can change TV's as often as you change socks to keep up on all the latest gimmicks. Most TV manufacturers provide a smart TV now that can do almost or at least part of what the ROKU can do. But I bought a top of the line TV two years ago and hooked it into my theater system. I wasn't about to buy a new one. For a fraction of the cost I did away with my Blockbuster DVD service and joined Netflix using the Roku 3 it was simple. I love it!

I've had my Roku 3 for a few months now and am very happy with my decision. As a recent college graduate, I thought that this product would be a good way to save money compared to cable and other options. After researching a variety of other products, I chose the Roku 3 because of the product's competitive price and its variety of content available.
The only issue I've encountered with this product was related to its ease of setup. It took about 20 minutes of adjusting the HDMI cord before my TV was able to recognize the Roku setup screen - I'm not sure if this issue was related to my HDMI cable, but once it was adjusted the issue seemed to be resolved.
