I bought this a couple of months ago, and I have to say that installation was a snap, the picture is fantastic, and combined with my Amazon Prime, I have tons of TV programs and movies to watch for free. If I have anything negative to say, it would have to be with the optional microSDHC card. Other than mentioning that the unit could take a card, and that they have a 2GB card for sale, they give you no other information. Is 2GB the limit? Just what is the card for? I called the help line which was staffed by live people, and the person I spoke to knew as little as I did. Would I buy this again if I could do it over? Yes, in an instant. I love my Roku 3, but if it needs more memory, just add it on. How much would a 2GB chip cost these days, $5?

My daughter bought this on line and sent it to me- I had trouble getting on line but then I had chat- a wonderful person walked me through it- Thank you again---------- I love it now-

I bought this about a month ago for streaming netflix and hulu and it is by far the best streaming device I have ever used.

My co-worker introduced me to the concept of Roku. I was complaining about the expense of cable. I could not be happier; there are hundreds of channels to chose from and I only spend the money I want to. So far, about $16 a month for almost limitless viewing. I DO NOT miss cable (what a rip-off!).

not that happy. the loading takes very long and often stops although the wireless connection is top...

Turned off my cable a month ago...and haven't regretted it at all. Not sure what took me so long. Intend on buying another one for 2nd TV.
