After having suffered needlessly with a ethernet-connected blu-ray player to access Netflix and Vudu and other channels, with constant drop-outs and re-boots, I bought the Roku3 and could not be happier with the interface, the clarity of image, the surround sound, and the wireless setup was a breeze, though the manual was minimally useful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I can't believe I haven't had one of these all along! Even though I have satellite, I hardly watch it since installing the Roku 3. It took about 3 minutes to set it up and is so easy to use. My dad loves it and will probably get one for Christmas!

Bought this to see whether I could cut the cord on cable. I've had it for a month and haven't watched cable tv since other than college football. Combined with netflix and a good antenna it's bye-bye cable time.

This is much faster than the built in tuner in my Samsung TV. This is perfect for the second TV in our living room.

Best streamer out there

I can't believe I waited so long to get one of these. I tried a lot of streamers and the Roku is far and away the best. Cost is right, UI speed is good, content selection is almost perfect, box is small, software is easy to use.

Have had no problems. The only tricky thing is if you end up hard resetting the roku, you need to resync the remote and the roku...otherwise it looks like your roku is at a frozen screen, which it really isn't. Love it and very happy I bought it. Got tired of paying $110 a month for tons for channels I didn't use with cable tv. Count on probably subscribing to HuluPlus or Netflix too, but those are very inexpensive at this time. Roku3 is a great way to stream for a non-Smart HD tv.

I brought this a little over a month ago and has enjoyed it since. The great opportunities that is offered; gives me the opportunity to watch movies that I have need seen in a while and it is very easy to operate
