Roku wins over the other brands

Bought this about a month ago. We have another brand and it does not have as many channels as the Roku. I love that I can play Pandora and Amazon on it.

best darn way to watch TV or movies. I do not regret this purchase at all. easy install, began watching shows within 45 mins. after my Roku unit arrived.

No streaming from local network support

I returned the unit since it does not support streaming from a network drive like the competitors devices do. Also, support for more file types needs to be addressed

I had a problem with my Roku not working. I called support at Roku and the gentleman helped with get it up again. It was awesome to actually have him call me back when the phone went out. I didn't have to call and go through the prompts a second time. It's very impressive because normally no one every calls you back to continue helping with your problem!!
