Upgraded from XD model to Roku 3. Still learning the in's and out's. Haven't figured out to delete favorites yet. New look and layout, takes some getting used to
Pros: Better More Choices, Improved Audio/Video, Attractive Design, Bettermore Choices, Fast Setup
Cons: No off switch

I have been using Roku for many years and the Roku 3 is a welcome upgrade. I like the new interface and they added some cool opening graphics. Can't beat the price either.

Roku3, Nothin' but Positives!

Have had Roku3 for months, love it, bought a second for exercise room. One is about 60 feet from the router, and was buffering annoyingly often, so I hit up Roku's LiveChat tech support and they patiently led me through troubleshooting and tweaks that solved the buffering issue...both Roku3's work great now.
If you haven't heard of Plex, go to plexapp.com and absorb what it does...you can put a Plex channel on your Roku which gives you access to YouTube, web videos, and even lets you set up your OWN computer as a server so you can show your own media (tunes, movies, photos) on the biggest screen in your home. (You can also use Plex apart from Roku on any device, mobile or otherwise.)
Roku is also great for streaming Amazon -- we have Amazon Prime (about $80/yr), which includes free streaming of thousands of movies and TV shows...we originally got Prime for the "free" shipping, but have been pleasantly surprised by all the free video content it includes.
Count us "impressed" by Roku -- the hardware, capabilities, interface, simplicity of setup, and service after the sale. Easy Five Stars.

Originally I bought the NetGear NeoTV Prime. Got it home, set it up and then realized that HBOGO no longer worked with the NeoTV system. In addition, it was clunky and difficult to navigate. Returned to the store and replaced it with the Roku 3. What a difference! Set up was easy and took me only about ten minutes, half of which was me searching for the modem password. The Roku system is intuitive, simple to use and most importantly, works exactly the way you would expect it to! Everything about the Roku is at a level of quality and function that I consider top notch! Thank you!

I have been using my Roku for about two months now. It was VERY easy to set up. I have 7 Mbps wireless. There is no pause for streaming and the HD picture is very good. I couldn't be happier and recommend Roku to anyone who wants to access TV via the internet.
