Amazing Earbuds

I have had 2 pairs the past 5 years in different colors. Each pair has accidentally gone through the washer and dryer about 4 or 5 times and they still work flawlessly. These earbuds also have an outstanding look and often get compliments about how good they look. Finally, they are very durable as my dog has tried chewing them a few times but only did a few scratches.
P.S. They are also very cost efficient for the time they last.

Overall amazing earbuds

I've been using the same pair of earbuds since high school (I graduated in '13) and I've never needed to buy a new pair. (Even though I did anyways!) They're sturdy, the sound quality is supreme and I love the mission of the company. These earbuds are a very reasonable price, too. Definitely worth every cent.

I received a pair of Smile Jamaica Earbuds as a gift a year or so ago. I loved them. I'm not a big audiophile, but even my ignorant ears can hear the quality of these ear buds. Sharp notes, full bass, clear sound. Being concerned that when these break (which doesn't seem to be happening soon, as the quality is top notch) I ordered 2 extra pairs because once I find a product that meets my expectations, I like to have backups. It may be a while before I need them, but I'm glad I have them ready. Excellent product.

Not working after 7-8 months

I have purchased these earphones 7-8 months ago and since then i have been using these on daily basis and now one of the earbuds is giving me very less volume. Please help.
