Length of ownership:1 year or longer
I'm on my second pair. I use them daily. My second pair just died after about a year. Same as the first pair. I'll contact customer support to see if anything can be done. They are expensive to only be lasting a year. Hopefully something can be done to save them or I'll be finding another company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
