Life is much easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have about 4 of these and they are great! I have had problems with the battery pack with 2 of them. I called customer service and had the best customer service I've ever experienced I was not expecting such quality service. They sent a new lock in 3 days. I couldn't be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock has never let me down. It's smooth action and corrosion free.a couple of thing could make it better. It has a green battery light that's always flashing and the motor is pretty loud. Over all its forgivable.

Great to tranfer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this look, it is easy, has two settings so I can give one to the cleaners and have one for myself, the combination is easy to change, and when I got into a new home I could easy take it with me, easy to install and I feel save, better than having a traditional look.

Kids Locked Out After School!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product a year ago when my family and I moved into our new home. I was very impressed with the ease of installation and excited about the ease of use for the kids. However, over the past few months I have had to change the batteries several times. More disturbing, my children were locked out of the house this week after returning home from school, because the lock did not function properly -- appearing to be completely dead. However, after several hours away from the house conducting afterschool activities the lock began to work again.
I replaced the old batteries today with new, fresh ones, but the indicator light continues to flash red and the lock functions sluggishly. I am very dissatisfied with this product. I am seriously considering discarding this lock and reverting to an old-fashioned deadbolt and key.
The only reason I did not give this product a 1-star is because it did function as advertised for several months and it was a simple installation. I do not recommend this product especially if you have children that depend on accessing the home without an adult.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great all around lock
