Attractive and great warranty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these deadbolts at both of our homes - in FL and ME. Reliable, convenient (especially in FL where we live on the beach and no more carrying keys) and the Kwikset warranty is fabulous (the beach house gets hammered with corrosive salt and Kwikset replaced our deadbolt within 2 weeks when we called with a problem).
I would recommend this to a friend!

I also just bought another one for a good friend and installed it for her and she loves it !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 2nd electronic deadbolt I've bought from kwikset. I was so thrilled with the first one, but wanted to upgrade to the smart technology so I can re- key all of my locks myself. The newer model is smaller, so I had to sand and fill in holes since the screws were not at the same place. Other than that, it was easy to install. The inside low battery warning light always flashes red instead of Amber. This is my only big disappointment, since it would be such a nice feature if it worked. Kwikset is the only brand I buy.

I called customer service and had the best customer service I've ever experienced I was not expecting such quality service. They sent a new lock in 3 days. I couldn't be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock has never let me down. It's smooth action and corrosion free.a couple of thing could make it better. It has a green battery light that's always flashing and the motor is pretty loud. Over all its forgivable.
