convenient and reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've installed 2 of these and am very pleased with both. The obvious advantage is not requiring a key. This helped in a different way a couple of years ago when I was out-of-town and wanted a friend (who didn't have a key) to get something which was inside the house. The only downside to the installation was having to be careful about aligning the parts before tightening the screws to minimize the force required to move the deadbolt. Otherwise the battery life (over a year in my experience) could be considerably shortened.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed one of these at my old house and I installed one at my new house two dyas after I moved in. I love not having to go into my purse to get my keys, especially when my hands are full of shopping bags.
They are easy to install and work well. I installed kwick set locks on all the doors and made them match the key from my old house. I didn't even have to send new keys to my parents and children who live out of town.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Functionally sound, cosmedtically has lost color

This product has worked as advertised and was not difficult to install. My major issue is that the color has completely faded to off white plastic even though it is on the north side of my home and it never gets direct sunlight.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is fabulous - no keys needed. he battery lasts a very long time and th lock gives you warning that the battery is weakening by opening a little more slowly. So no worries about getting locked out. Of course you can carry the key ----- just in case. e had a problem over the yeqqrs with the lock and the company was fabulous when e contacted them!!!Thank you for a great product

Love the door lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this lock is easy to install, and i have it connect to my smartthing home control system. its easy to use, and also i can give out different code for differ person to use. and i know exactly who come in when my homecontrol send me msg on who open the door. and it will also automatically lock the door for us.
