Need replacement model with same trim kit

It worked great but only lasted a little less than three and a half years. Now it runs but no longer heats.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into a new house. The appliances are 4 years old. This microwave is above 2 ovens. It's a little high for the average person. Fortunately I'm tall. I like the features including the instructions in the display for setting power and the clock. I hadn't found the owner's manual yet and this made it quick and easy to use. I recently had surgery, was home bound for 3 weeks and was making a lot of frozen dinners. This microwave made it easy for me to get by without help.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features and design

We love the products and the design! We have the oven and microwave. The set is so pretty in our kitchen! Our microwave just went out and we are we are having problems replacing with the same design. Need help find this product.

We've had this model for close to 12 years now and used it constantly. Haven't encountered any issues. We do clean regularly and handle it gently.

I bought this microwave in 2009 and it is still going strong. We put it in a well-ventilated spot so that it would not overheat and it has worked well.

Nothing but good things to say about this microwave until now. At 5.5 years the magnetron tube went out -warranty good for 5 years. Now I have a top of the line piece of junk.

Poor Design/Construction

This unit was included in our kitchen appliance package and broke after four years of use, we also had trouble with our GE profile cooktop and oven. I thought GE had a reputation for quality, guess I was wrong, would never buy GE products if I had a choice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
