I also have a Kitchen Aid dish washer which is awesome. You can't go wrong with a Kitchen Aid appliance. The blender is easy to use and to clean.

It is a bit jarring when you first hear the blades chopping ice, but they certainly get the job done. It blends it down to the consistency of a yummy milkshake.
