[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a later version of this blender at my home. I purchased this one for our cottage. It works very well and has a nice amount of capacity. The only drawback is that it is very loud compared to the older version. This may be due to the fact that it is plastic and the older one is heavyweight glass. Otherwise, I really do like this blender.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this blender on the name of KitchenAid and I must say, I am not the least bit sorry for it. It is so easy to clean, and durable. it stands up to all that we put it through and we have not had any problems at all.
I love the built in blades. Clean up is a breeze, just add warm water and soap and turn it on for a bit and it cleans itself. I just remove the top and wash that. I don't have to worry that I might cut myself cleaning the blades.

Machine works great and I love the ease of cleaning - rinse out and partially fill with hot water, a couple drops of dish soap and back on the blender ... or pop it in the dishwasher.
