[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 3rd GE cooktop that we have owned and we like it a lot. It heats quickly, maintains a constant temperature, and is very easy to clean. The mix of burners assures us that there is always one to fit our needs. We especially like the bridge burner for heating a grill to make pancakes or hamburgers and the adjustable sizes of two other burners
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fabulous in all aspects

This is the best smoothbop I have ever had going back to 1984 when they first were available. The instant heat is quick as gas and the adjusting of temp is very sensitive. I really like the white better then black because it "forces" me to clean the top after a spill which means less bacteria sticking around.. It is easy to clean and no residue marks are visible. The knobes come off easily for cleaning. The warming burner is helpful, definitely a plus and the burner between the two on the left is great for when I use my gridle or oversized dutch oven. Perfect for me and our family

Such a great cooktop!

I had the previous 36" GE Profile model for 10 years and had no problems with it whatsoever. This unit is just as attractive as the earlier one. The triple burner is a great new feature, as well as it being located in the center of the unit. (The previous model only had a dual burner.) I love the bridge feature, too. When I sold my last home, my GE Profile cooktop looked brand-new. Cleaning was so easy! This is such a great cooktop, and it influenced by daughter buying a similar unit.

Love the bridge feature!

Love the range top! However, my biggest complaint is it hard to keep clean. I expect to have to wipe down the top after I cook. I didn't expect to have scrub quite so hard. And it may just be the dues one pays for having a ceramic stove top. Having said that though the top has performed very well and there have been no other problems.

work ok but not great

We bought this cook top on line because of availability and price. Took almost 3 weeks to get it. It did not fit the countertop very well and cause extra furring to make it fit. Cooktop itself is a little slower to reach full temperature but does the job at the end. All in all it is a good product for the price.
