cools a larger room

We have it in the living room and it does cool the room plus some of another room or so. I don't like the economy setting, it shuts off when the room hasn't even cooled at all yet. I do like the remote control though, it is nice to be able to change the settings from across the room. It doesn't have a drain on the outside which I think it should, some water does pool within the case.

Good unit with useful features

Replaced an 18K BTU 220V AC that we had that stopped cooling. Was more than needed for the room, and thought we'd get something newer, and hopefully quieter.
Not quite as quiet as I had hoped, based on the reviews, but works well and has some very nice features.

Works great for my studio apartment!

I have a 600 square feet studio apartment and this works great! I leave it on econ mode when Im not home and it keeps it reasonable inside, after about 30 min to an hour of turning it on cool mode it has it where I like it! Great air conditioner!

Bought this unit to replace an old 18000 btu that stopped working. Had to get this size to fit my new windows not sure what kind of job it would do being 60000 btu smaller but I have been pleasantly surprised!!
