GE Appliances are Garbage!!

I bought my house brand new in March 2012 and it came with GE Appliances. After having the house for a year the GE refrigerator went out and I had to replace that. Now here in 2015 the GE Microwave went out. I won't ever buy another GE Appliance again!!!!!!!!

Our homebuilder installed this microwave in our brand new home November 2011. In less than 4 years, it doesn't work and we already have to replace it. Very disappointed.

Great For Heating !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven is an upgrade of the 10 year old oven it replaced. Installation was easy as the new oven fit the old back plate. The oven does every thing I want it to do, which isn't much, actually.

Good microwave, bad owners manual

This microwave is great to what it's advertised to do--heating food. However it is not at all useful for determining the speed of light. To do this, we wanted to get the frequency of the microwave and estimate the speed of light using chocolate bars. However, since we couldn't find the frequency anywhere, we couldn't do the experiment. Instead, we looked up the speed of light and calculated the frequency of the microwave instead. It is 2.5 GH, as demonstrated by the calculations in the screenshot. Note that this fallls within standard range of microwaves.

We bought a house a month ago and this microwave was installed. It doesn't heat up very fast. I get things out of the microwave a lot and have to put them back in because they aren't very warm at all.

I need to find a replacement for the ring that goes under the turn glass tray... one of the wheels came off of the ring... can that be fixed??? My microwave is 3 years old... please HELP!!!
