We've had this TV for 12 years and it had a great picture and sound. No complaints.
Every Phillips we've ever had, has been exceptional.

Wall mounted.. Wall mount should come with the product! TV is crisp/Clear slight delay in operation with remote... All input devices should be in the back up top for easier access.. programing should be simpler.. and should have semo's on how to connect devices..

my family loves the easy set-up guide provided once you turn on the 42 inch lcd tv. picking left or right options was kind of fun for my kids. we sometimes had to vote which preference to pick, i lost most of the time. the picture quality is superb and dependability has been reliable to say the least. compliments to the company for providing my family a great product.

No sound intermittently for 12 years - worst purchase

I'll never buy another Phillips TV. This TV loses sound randomly yet when I switch to apps like Roku, the sound is there. When I test the sound in the main TV menu, it's there. My mistake was not returning the TV when I purchased it and the issue started. Now, 12 years later, the sound issue is critical. This one will be beat to pieces with a baseball bat now that it's obvious I have to buy a new TV. Worst purchase I've ever made.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
