The only problem to be encountered was my PS3 video output. When it stopped outputting video to switch from a game to the base PS3 ui. The TV would then go blank and say Unsupported Video Format. To fix this either change the channel away from and then back to the PS3 input or turn TV off and then on.
However, to Phillips credit, a firmware update was released in response to this problem. I put it on a thumb drive and updated the firmware on my TV in a simple few steps, the problem is still there but now occurs far less frequently.
All other features on this TV are easy to use, intuit, understand, and implement. The ambilight feature while seemingly unnecessary adds more to this set than one would first think. I would look for this feature again should I purchase a new TV.
This Tv has the number of inputs I wanted and in easy to access and clearly marked location. The TV's UI for labeling the inputs is also a handy and useful feature that should be implemented in other TV's as well with the hope that the user can name the input instead of merely choosing a preset.
