Heats quickly, cleans easily

I bought this to replace an older model that I had for 14 years before I accidentally cracked it. I still liked my old one so I got the updated version of the same model and I like it even better. Newer features that are helpful are the quick-boil burner and the extra large front burner. I find my new one much easier to clean, also. Burned-on food wipes off easily after the surface cools. I didn't want digital controls. The lower-tech it is, the less likely it is to malfunction.

I had ordered the less expensive model but when it was not available on time I went with this one. it looks great and I love the power boil. I have been very careful to keep clean before using so nothing gets burnt on... and I am terrible with pasta boil overs, but after 2 months and several cooking mishaps it still looks great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

the cook top works very well --the surface it is on is so difficult to clean-- the tiniest spill on it is very hard to remove
