Makes noise but does no work

This oven worked well for about 8 years, Now it is a mystery. Makes all the right noises, turntable is rotating, but DOES NOT HEAT.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in the black to match my range. it looks great and has all the features I could need. I do have to admit the stainless steel model was great looking also. I would definitely recommend this microwave.

big problem is the key pad only work sometimes

worked fine the first few years then the key pad started acting up. while writing this i cant get it to work at all.
