StoveTop works great - just as we expected. BUT, the one main problem is the FINGERPRINTS !! Your new part-time job now is cleaning off the Fingerprints from the top of the stove. OR, leave the lights turned OFF..... PANS - be carefull with the types of pots and pans you use - some will scratch the top. Read the cleaning manual before you try to clean the top - it's very helpful. AND, use the Cleaning Pad that comes with the unit..

Cracked surface after less than a year use

Dont buy this product. We used it less than a year and the glass surface cracked while cooking dinner. The service guy told us we use the wrong pots which have uneven bottom surface which caused uneven heat distribution. We have to buy special pots and pans just to use this cooktop. I told him I will not want to invest another few hundred dollars to buy special pots and pans. I will not recommend if your'e looking to buy one and regret it later.

WE purchased this stove in December and if I could find any way to get rid of it I would.... THERE IS NOTHING THAT I LIKE ABOUT IT !!! Would return to the store if they would let us....

I just bought it, and I am having it installed. I think it looks nice in the kitchen. Last year, I bought a GE refrigerator, and I like that too.

Double Burner is hard to control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the first cooktop unit with the house. Within a few months the double burner would stay on high whenever turned on. The entire unit was replaced at no cost to me. The second unit did the same thing. I bought and installed a replacement burner. It does better but still goes from warm to extremely hot with the slightest adjustment. Buyer beware.
