Nice tv but not easy to get around screens

This is a nice tv but getting around any screen that you have to type in letters is cumbersome. The tv remote is how you do this and it takes forever. Also be prepared to pay for most of the apps unless you already are a member. Sometimes the volume is not loud enough when your watching a movie on amazon prime. We were thinking when we purchased this that it would be something you could easily do facebook, surf the web etc... It is not.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations

"Smart TV"

I purchased this smart TV with the WiFi and browser to go on my network and watch internet TV. The only internet TV available is pay for view subscriptions. The other I get a message that the Adobe Flash player needs to be updated. I then get sent to the Adobe site where I am told that I can not update the flash player. It seems that the "smart" in smart TV is that I only have the ability to pay for otherwise free features and this issue has to be known by Samsung and the TVs designed this way. I feel that this "SMART" TV designation is misleading. The picture and sound are great but this unit has been a disappointment.

My first smart television and I love it! What a tight unit this is and I have recommended it to all my peeps. Just hooked up my wireless keyboard and I am lovin it.

I am more than satisfied with this television. I recommend getting acquainted with the settings to choose the correct picture ratio, sound choices and other settings. Once I had all this in place, I could see the true quality of this model TV. I really appreciate the Smart TV feature as it allows me access to movie clubs via the Internet. The only drawback to me is that many channels have different sound volumes and there is no setting for an automatic sound check control feature. Consequently, I have to adjust the volume on each channel. All things considered, I am glad I bought it.

Cons: no volume control feature

This is my first flatscreen. Smart TV is so convenient. I don't need cable with Netflix, and all the other apps to stream in. Best was stream in Pandora, or stream in concerts and performances in You Tube. Wish i could record easily with it. Wifi set itself up. It found the network signal and took care of itself. Awesome TV

The picture and sound quality of this TV is absolutely superior to others on the market. This is our first LED TV and we are so pleased with our selection.

Easy to set-up....excellent picture! Samsung has done a great job on this TV! Now I just need to get the sound bar then it should be like being at the movie theater...love it! Thank you Samsung!
