Been using about a year.... Half the parts are plastic, took an hour to set master code. Been trying for weeks to add other user codes. Never works and just beeps and flashes red and green, helpful. Can't connect to my security system (like advertising) unless I have a professional come enter a password or buy another hub to connect everything. Which will also require a professional with a password. Trying to find instructions on redo master password and all instructions tell me to download another set of instructions.
No phone app seems to work with it either. So happy I went and got the more expensive model
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
