I quit after two uses!

I bought ths after trying the one a family member received for Christmas. I used it for a week then put it the box to store. Pulled it out less than 4 months later and it doesn't work at all. Don't buy this!!

It's gotten a lot of use in the 4 days we've been here since Christmas when it was opened, but there's a hole where a piece of plastic is not sticking out and it stabs you every time you use it. Kind of bummed that it has only made it this long. I've only just completed the warranty info.

It works, not as hot as I would like, cheap seat cushion, your head does not touch the head rest provided. Not made of high quality material, vinyl not high quality

Not worth the money.

I will never buy another one again. Purchased in March, a hole started in May and is increasing in size. Our other one did the same thing. The mesh got all caught up in the message roller and stopped working.

Don't Waste Your Money

I bought this massage chair at a department store eight months ago. It was a little painful on the body after use but the electronics worked well. A few days ago, the remote kept blinking and would shut off after 5 seconds. I looked up info online and was only able to find the suggestion "Hit it really hard on the backside". (OK. I'm trying to fix an electrical issue not burp a baby.)
After taking it apart (which was a task), I could not fix it and called TOD at 6:30pm. It is now in my trash bin ready for pickup. Next time, I will read reviews because I would have steered clear of this item.
