My son has had one for three years and raved about until I bought one . I am so happy I did . My wife and I both have back problems and already we can tell a difference . We were spending a lot on massages . I can honestly say I receive as much or more benefit from my new vibrator than from a PT.

I bought about 3 weeks ago and so far so good. I love that this product has a spot button. So if you really need it or like it in one spot you can have it stay there. My mom purchased same product (just in black) from Macy's for my dad for Christmas but paid about $100 less. I will say when I bought I assumed mine would be better than my dads but the only difference I've noticed is that his controller isn't connected to chair like mine is. Overall I would recommend this product.

The product is functional so far but...
(1) the shell of the massager fitted in a strange way with one side pulled back more than the other side. I hope it will not introduce tear in the future
(2) the control has many scratches as if it was used by someone for a long time before it was shipped to us.
Overall, we are disappointed at the thought that we received a used product. This is a Birthday gift for my wife which did not help either.
