Energy Efficient, Roomy enough to easily find frozen food, Great capacity, Variety of temperature settings.can eaasily seperate items by type and use by date.

Great for a homebrew keezer

I bought this to make a keezer for my home brewing. It works great. I put a collar on it and it still keeps the cold very well. It was a little loud when I had it in the dining room. It's in the garage now and keeps steady temp without consistently running.

After reading some of the reviews, especially regarding failure of the freezer, and the consumer having no knowledge of failure until one opens the lid and smells rotting food, I am really disappointed. My previous 5 year old freezer died one summer and I lost $200-$300 of food. I figured by now that a power light would be a mandatory requirement for all freezers. When I purchased this freezer I dropped down in size form a mfg who had this feature but never checked on the one I bought. My fault. Use my mistake to your benefit. Make sure your freezer has a power light

Spacious freezer

We bought this freezer two months ago, in large part so we could prepare food in advance and freeze it; our regular freezer space is quite small. The freezer works great and has plenty of space. One small downside, though I don't know if there's a way to fix the problem, is that the space is somewhat difficult to use. There are two baskets provided that help with organization. But otherwise it seems difficult to efficiently utilize all of the space, since to use the space you need stack many items. But then to take something out you need to reach underneath many nearby items. I'm not sure if there is a better way to do this. One reason we purchased this model instead of other models was because it comes with a safety lock. With a toddler around the house, we didn't want to worry that someone could climb into this.

Works in extreme conditions

Bought this for a trip to CO. Freezer worked great while at 10,800 feet elevation over a 2 week outdoors trip with temperatures from below freezing to high 70's.
