I bought this about 2 weeks ago, my wife is so happy with it. Cleans clothes well and no bending to put clothes in dryer or take them out.

I have a washer and dryer. They have been excellent! We moved and took them with us. The movers damaged the top of the washer. I was able to order a replacement top and had it back to normal in a couple days. Parts arrived very quickly.

Just abysmal experience with technician who would not diagnose or fix. Just awful experience all around.
