Bought it March and because of all the problems I been having with the washer I don't care to use it. Ive used this product maybe 5 times. However the dryer is fine

Problems from the beginning

I've had my W/D for almost two years and the dryer has broken twice for the same issue. Sometimes my clothes aren't completely dry, and when I try to add time to the cycle, the machine won't let me. Not sure if I just got a bad machine or if this is par for GE...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very good looking machines. Used them right after install and was very impressed with how well they performed. Left the last load in the dryer overnight just so I could try out the steam refresh and it work to perfection.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This unit is awesome. Has multiple settings, easy to use and drys very quickly. Can hold a lot of clothes and is fairly quiet. Drys in half the time of my old dryer. Nicely compliments the matching washer
