Love this Dryer!

Installed on February 15. and no problems since. We love it! The dryer is huge and fits a variety of load sizes. Love the steam option for work clothes in the morning! Best decision we made to go with these models!

None of the preset settings work correctly

If I use one of the preset settings on the dryer, my clothes never get dry. Especially on low heat, but they don't work on any heat setting. I end up having to use the timed setting for every load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have had wonderful service with this piece of equipment for the past month plus. Ease of use and completeness of drying are two of the positive points. Even mixed loads are totally dry when the cycle is finished. The only negative comment I can make is that if there is a signal that the cycle is complete we have not heard it. Even from a very short distance away you have difficulty hearing it while it is running and the silence when it is finished is a bit disappointing. Our previous dryer buzzed when it was finished and you could hear it from a relatively long distance away.

I love the ge front load dryer. This is my second one. The other lasted 7 years through 3 very active children and husband that farms. I love the large capacity so can do sheets and bedspreads and blankets. Love the upgrades that have been made in 7years. Especially the untangle feature.

I love the drying power. It is so much faster than my old dryer. The steam feature is great for freshening and getting out wrinkles.
