Good Front Loading Washer, but not the best

As front loading washer go, this one is about average. Reasonable quiet and good features. The main drum bearing on our first one failed after 18 months. Fortunately we had an extended warranty to replace it.

Washer became very loud during spin...I believe the rear bearing has failed. Very disappointed with the quality of this unit.

Worst washing machine I have Ever owned!

The drum have an extra large capacity but it doesn’t wash anything. Even when I use a pre-wash and the extra rinse, at the end of the cycle I still pull clothes out that are completely dry and still dirty. It doesn’t matter if I do an extra small load or stuff the thing full, my clothes always come out dirty!

Hate it!

I have always used GE appliances but I hate this washer. It never balances the load and will vibrate and move all over my laundry room regardless of the kind or size of load of clothes I put in it. I have to constantly try to shuffle the load during the spin cycle but it never works properly. Wish I had not purchased it at all. Really bad deal.

Have only used it once. It was a lot quieter than our old Neptune Maytag. I purchased because of the ball bearing balancing capabilities. Our laundry room is hardwood so the floor gives so this balancing feature is needed. The rubber feet keep it from walking when spinning. I like the easy trap access too! Giving it a 4 star since I haven't used it enough to rate performance.

High end and classy, not super clean

I love this washer it's quiet and all ...but I really feel like it uses so little water it's hard to know if my clothes are really getting clean, also the top drawer where the liquid goes is full of water after each wash. Have had the part replaced (under warranty) but no fix yet.

Bought the machine a year ago.
Plus: It gets the clothes clean with a minimum amount of water.
Negative: Pre-wash detergent dispenser only takes liquids. Main detergent dispenser has a easy to lose separate 'bin' for liquids detergents. Fabric softener bin always has water left in it; two service calls did not fix the problem.
