this product does not have any great features if it does not work

I purchased this product on July 24, 2014 and as of today September 13, 2014 the audio only can be heard from one ear phone. I would also suggest to make it easier for the consumer to access emailing to product support the problem. I am very disappointed with this sound in ear headphone you would think for 149.99 it would be much better.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have mixed feelings about this product.
On one hand, I find the ear buds to be very comfortable. I use the foam rather than the rubber ear bud covers. You can get a pretty nice seal with them. It helps to cancel out noise and keeps them in your ear.
The sound is pretty good, but I'll be honest, I''ve never really had any head phones besides really cheap ones you find at large discount stores. The sound in these are definitely better!!
Here's the bad news:
The ear buds are rather large and garish. Don't be fooled by the picture, the gray part of the headphone that you see on the pics, is actually a shiny chrome-like finish. And they are definitely a lot bigger than most ear buds.
But my worst complaint is that one of the speakers cuts in and out depending on if I move or not. I usually just have to twist the headphone jack a little to get it to work but I shouldn't have to do that. It makes carrying my phone in my pocket and listening to music pretty much impossible. I have read reviews all over the internet and I have only seen one other complaint similar to mine. I figured we got the bad ones. And when you spend so much on something, you expect better results.
