Beautiful picture

We installed the television tonight, it has a beautiful picture, very clear and crisp quality. The TV was very easy to set up. The remote was a little hard to open for the battery installation. Once installed, the smart hub was easy to use for setting up the picture, zip area and connections to DTV and the wireless internet. My husband is very happy.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight

Although I have only used the television "out of the box", it is outstanding! The color, depth, and resolution are excellent! I plan to review the manual and fine tune things...but there is very little need for improvement so far! Over the air TV looks great, too!
It also coexists peacefully with my Samsung Blu-ray player and 4k receiver!
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, great contrast
Cons: none so far

I wasn't sure what to make of curved TV's. I bought this set - one based on a Consumer Reports recommendation. The review didn't say much about the curve but spoke of its excellent picture quality. The picture is amazing out of the box but something I would advise is reducing the brightness and contrast levels. They were factory set to the maximum setting which made everything look like a soap opera.. I dialed both back to 60. I would leave the other picture settings (like tint) alone unless you are having the TV professionally calibrated.
The first thing about the curve I noticed was that I wasn't conscious I was watching a curved TV. I watch a lot of things sub-titled or close captioned because of hearing loss. One web site that reviews televisions said that curved TV's were a gimmick that distorted subtitles and captioning. I have yet to see any distortion. The biggest benefit with the curve is the reduction of glare. My TV is in a room with a big sliding glass door. My former plasma with its glassy front was unwatchable during the day at my dining room table (a 60 degree angle). The curve seems to have a subtle glare-diffusing effect helped by the screen's matte (versus glassy) quality. I should also mention that I replaced my former stationary TV wall mount with one that would swivel. I can now watch the TV at any time from anywhere in the room. Sweet!

Great for gaming and movies

I love this TV. The quality is out of this world. I've watched videos that are old and have been able to notice things I have never notice before. The best music video to watch is Started From the Bottom by Drake. You can literally see the snow as if it's hitting you in the face. I am also a gamer. I play COD and the graphics are so much better. My children love it as well. We've watched HOME on Netflix and the animation is simply beautiful, even the kids noticed. It is easy to switch between apps and the screen mirroring is great with my phone. This TV is great for movies, television shows, and games. I will be buying another soon just a bigger size for my den.

55" Curved screen TV

Without doubt the easiest Smart TV I have ever setup. Plugged it in, connected Verizon set top box and away we went. Absolutely no problems. Outstanding picture quality.
