The best t.v. I've ever owned.

Watching this television is like being in front of a live performance. The picture detail is almost unbelievable. Best purchase ever!
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight

Fabulous... But...

Absolutely love this TV! Picture is amazing! What's bothersome though is the remote. It's not normal in that you have to "aim and point" at everything. You don't have the option or ability to type in an address. Very frustrating..
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight
Cons: not fully functional remote.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Samsung and Me

To tell the truth, I have used Samsung products in the past. My wife and I had Samsung cell phones since about 2006. After that we upgraded and also got a Samsung Tab 3. For entertainment we purchased a small Samsung Flat Screen TV and a Samsung DVD Player. It wasn't long before Blu Ray came into our home entertainment, and naturally we looked at and selected Samsung. We were always happy with Samsung choices, so when it was time to upgrade our "old" small flat screen, we again looked at Samsung.
I must say, we hit the jackpot with the purchase of the Samsung 48" Curved Smart TV. It was simple and easy to install and operate. The picture is superb. The features are unmatched, and the price could not be beat. We have become Samsung fanatics. Go Samsung.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, super smart remote

This tv is by far the best I have ever owned. The picture quality is extremely vivid and clear. I almost feel as if I am inside of the screen. I strongly recommend this tv to anyone who appreciates picture clarity and depth. The curved aspect of the tv allows viewing from many angles, so even if you do not have a direct view, you can still enjoy it.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight

Since purchasing my Samsung Curve, I find that it has added tremendous value to my television experience. No only is the picture quality far more superior now, but the sounds is captivating, I enjoy the pointer feature, which allows for reduced time and difficulty when searching or typing. However, what I do find problematic about a product of this price point and for a brand with this reputation, is the lack of major available applications. If the way we watch television is shift from traditional cable providers etc, to application or more on demand options, then why is it that Samsung doesn't have many of the major application like, HBO (Now/Go) Show etc pre loaded in their apps selection field?
Cons: variety of applications

Just got my new tv, so I am still playing around with all the feature, I can't utilize all the features as our internet doesn't get the min megabytes need to use the feature. I love the curved screen.
Pros: Built-in speakers, curved screen
Cons: a little expensive
