Screen is to sensitive

We have had this tv for 6 months and been trouble free till now. My 5 year old son was playing with one of those 18" inflated rubber balls, he threw it to his sister and it hit our home phone which sits on left side of the tv stand about 3" away from the screen needless to say the phone tipped back and broke the tv. The screen is not cracked (plastic) but behind that it looks as if it was shattered and the whole left side of the screen went black with horizontal lines at the bottom. I feel that this is totally unexceptible and cheaply made. There is no reason why this tv shouldn't beable to take a small impact. If it had a glass screen it wouldn't have broke. The last flat screen tv we had in the living room (42"D+ll with Samsung parts)was never damaged and it was in there for 10+ years and now it's in our kids room still going strong.
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality

Over all great product with great price. It is a bit heavy but it comes with the size.

I have owned my 65" Class JU6700 Curved 4K UHD Smart TV for approximately 2 years now and I have not had any problems with it. I love the picture quality! I would highly recommend this TV.

As for this TV I would buy another one, great image and my son and I use it for gaming and the image and sound is great wish the stock speakers were a bit better. With the sound bar its fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone if they can buy it.

Cons: ok sound from stock speakers

I own two Samsung TV's and I am very pleased with both of them. The quality is superb and very easy to set up. I had absolutely no problems at all. I am very happy with the new technology. Great TV.
