This TV is. Really great. When you got TV in every rooms and every one just want to watch shows in this One It's mean something .image is super clear. Colors super deep design plus 10. Weight is handling. Samsung keep on top.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight

This tv is a great value and works good it replaced a monstrous heavy old set that was twice as expensive with half of the features as this set.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight

Nice TV but remote is hard to use

I like the TV but the remote that came with it was defective and very inconvenient to operate. It does not have number buttons only up, down, right, left. Hard to change channels. Your support people helped me figure out that it was defective and are sending me a replacement. The store where I bought the TV gave me a nice Samsung remote with numbers and function buttons. It works very well and when I get the replacement remote I with continue to use this one and throw the one without numbers in the drawer for a spare.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: remote is hard to use

Terrible TV despite great picture

The operating system is terrible. None of the apps works. What is worse is when paired with the Samsung home theater system H5500, the remote control lags behind when attempting to switch channels or adjust the volume.. Every time I need to use one of the apps, I have to shut the power off, and, disconnect the H5500.... You think that since both components are made by Samsung they should work great together.. Alas they don't . It has been a very frustrating experience.. DLNa doesn't work with the new Tizen Os, nor does Plex and many of the other Apps that supposed to work. TV and the H5500 going back...
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This TV has one of the worst pictures.

We just got this TV yesterday. The picture quality is mediocre at best. We have a non HD TV that has crisper clearer picture. Any thing in the background is very blurred. We like to watch old Andy Griffen shows in black and white and those are muted and grey. I have tried all the settings and nothing improves. We just gave our ROKU to our daughter because we got this TV. Bit mistake, the smaller screen ROKU was orders of magnitude better. I can't go back to my daughter and say I want that TV back
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

the picture is so deep and crisp the resolution is amazing and I really notice the change when I watch my other televisions, well you know what that means, I love new technology and I will be changing all my other televisions for new ones soon my home will be all UHD 4k
