Installers Nightmare on my street!

vent pipe cover very flimsy and cheap with no room for error on installation. Installing store where purchased from could not get it right and re-installed unit 3 times(first time installed sideways and didn't even connect to vent to the outside elbow) before getting it close to correct and straight but also used caulk on edges and made a huge mess and shows finger prints to no avail.

It works!

It is included with our new house. It's only been a couple of weeks but it looks to work ok. The "fake" two piece stainless-steel flute does not look and fit that great.

Good and bad

Nice design. Strong suction. Installation straightforward. Slight motor whine at low speed. Sounds like squeaky bearing. Slight vibration as if fan is off-balance. Unfortunately, this is all apparent only after installation, so return is very inconvenient. Probably need technician visit. Yuk!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lights shorted out

Both lights burnt out on same day. I replaced the bulbs and when I turned the power back on one of the bulbs popped and now the other side is not working. There is a burnt wire. I would expect for the cost that this would have lasted longer. We have had the unit 2 years.

Good fan - could use a few more lighting options
