Very unattractive buttons and a mismatch

Quality feels raw with ugly plastic buttons. We regret this purchase and does not match the design nor quality of our other GE Cafe appliances. Fan lights become boiling hot. Fan buttons seem like a crude after thought. Zephyr has a more sleek LED design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Product was faulty since installation from home builder, Richmond American Homes. Lights didn't work and I was told to deal with it by buying replacement bulbs. I followed instructions and now the unit fails to operate in any capacity. Total waste of upgrade $$$
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s very flimsy, rattles, I ended up with this hood because I didn’t have any other choice with builder of my home. Will be replacing asap.

GE has always been our go to brand for home appliance and we are happy when we bought this new house builder was doing GE Appliances as well.The hood looks great and adds good component for our typical indian cooking.It has very good suction at first couple of weeks and we do regular maintenance but after couple of weeks the suction seems little off and house started to smell .Overall its good hood for households with basic cooking

My contractor had difficulty putting in the filter which doesn’t come with the hood you have to buy it separately. My husband found an installation video on YOUTUBE thank goodness.

We love the look of this hood. We initially picked it because of the CFM rating, which didn't require make up air. It's simple, sleek, and vents great. We're really happy with it.
