Falls apart and ours did not come with a remote!

Hood vent falls apart, light doesn’t work on 1 side and filters keeps falling.
Remote was missing as well

The fan works well over the range and is powerful enough to reduce my smokey cooking. It looks good and so far has been easy to clean.
