Satisfied with the product. It is very good looking and is not too loud in low and medium speeds. A few comments about design and installation. The filters are flimsy and very cheap. The light assembly is just hanging there which seems weird - when you need to replace the light you have to pull the wires through the hole. Strange. The unit itself could have been a little deeper to cover more of the stove. The installation instructions could have been better and a template should have been included so that I could easily mark the holes on my wall. In addition the vertical duct cover should have been at least an inch bigger from front to back to allow a little more leeway in running the 6" duct though the attic. I replaced another brand and had to re-patch my ceiling and move the duct back toward the wall.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product, but slopy installation hardware

Product looks great. The drywall anchors don't work the screws pull out. The screw holes for the duct covers do not line-up and I needed to drill new ones. Supplied duct covers don't reach a 9' ceiling so additional hardware is needed. For the price of the unit the assembly is sloppy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Venthood cover is not aligned

Vent hood cover comes in two pieces. I have had the builder fix the alignment 3 times already. Still the the stem of the hood looks crooked. The installer says the hood cover is at fault. I have ordered the covered 2 times already. Both have the same issues.

Hood is great, the vents are awful!!!!

Love the hood but, I agree about the vents, they are trash, mine have never stayed put and they fall out all of the time. I have been searching for weeks to try to buy replacements to no avail. Do you know where I am able to purchase replacement vents. I am not interested in having a repair person, I want new vents. Each time they fall out, they become dented and the little pegs that are to hold the vents in place are all broken. Thank you

Nice Hood

Overall, I really like this hood vent. We do have a light out and there is a clicking noise when the vent is turned up high, but those are issues I need to connect with support to fix. Otherwise, it works great.
