I like the features but cleaning needs work

I like the features such as heavy cleaning, sanitize, and bottle cleaning but it doesn't seem to clean caked on foods and pots and pans any better than my 15 year old diswasher did. I still have remenants of food on them after cleaning in heavy mode. Overall, I am happy with the product.

Dishwasher is ok.

Installed since May. Have had 3 service calls on the dishwasher. Does a ok job of cleaning the dishes. The dry cycle never realy dries the dishes. Always leaves water on the dishes / glasses on the upper rack and the door nevr dries.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
