Not Very Pleased

I purchased this dishwasher about 4 months ago... The only aspects I like on this product are I can choose to clean only the top or bottom, or use the full cycle. Additionally, it does clean the dishes effectively. You just have to make sure you don't run out of Cascade Rinse Aid.
However, I think the rack space both top and bottom are very tight and too small. I do not like that I feel like I'm playing a game (causing me to waste time) when I'm just trying to load the dishwasher. It is very difficult to fit even my bowls and cups at the top. On the bottom it is very difficult to fit my pots and pans. It is very time consuming to play the game of: Which Direction Does the Dishes Goes. It is very frustrating! This is my third dishwasher and it comes in last place in the Large Appliances race...
Additionally, it doesn't clean well on the exterior. It is very spotty, even with stainless steel cleaner. This is definitely not attractive to myself or guests. I can't figure out why its so smudgy. It is the only product I have in my house that makes me sigh every time I use it. I am definitely unsatisfied...

Awful dishwasher

I bought this close to 2 months ago and i am very very disappointed. It leaves residue and water marks from the 2nd day and home depot would not let us return it. It takes 3-4 hours and my previous 20 yr old dishwasher was 10x better. Beyond disappointed

Rack Design

Rack design is great for plates and glasses, but poor for bowls of any size. Also; detergent residue remains in glasses placed in corners of top rack. I would like my money back to purchase another product.

Used the DW 2 times. Leaked a big puddle on the floor from dripping in the front lower part of the door above the toe kick plate.

Problems with this model dishwasher

We purchased this high end dishwasher from GE because we wanted a quiet running and maintenance free washer. We have had nothing but problems. The directions stated the dishwasher should be completely level, front and back. The tech had it completely leveled but the door would not shut. The tech worked a number of hours and still the door would not shut. I purchased a security device and propped it against the door and it shut. When it was running it was very quiet and the dishes came out extremely clean. The dealer has another of the same model ordered and when it arrives it will be installed shortly thereafter

Cleans well but noisy

The dishwasher does work well and has ample room for dishes. For a machine that costs as much as this I would expect it to run quieter. Very noisy as it changes cycles. It would be nice to hear them all run before purchasing. Top control cover and buttons are fragile.
