[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve owned this about 12 months. The circular glass rotating table inside the oven is easily bumped off its track, then your food will not rotate properly. Also the check door message comes on when the door appears to be properly secured. If I had it to do all over again I would probably choose another model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All the features are easy to use and work well. However, returning plate never stays put. When placing a plate upon it or taking one out, the turning plate dislodge is from its place. It’s sort of a pain to get it back in place every time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed to replace a small microwave that came with our house. This one was a perfect fit and has all the features we use the most. The only issue we had was that the plug was not flat and made the microwave protrude too far out from under the cabinet. We had another outlet that we could use, fortunately. The cord was barely long enough to reach, but it did and we were able to make it work. Since it attaches under the cabinet, it frees up counter space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with this microwave. It doesn't take up much space but it is large enough to cook everything we need.
