Worth the money!

We have had this product several months now ... I have delayed completeing this survey until I had a chance for my wife to put it through it's paces. She loves it and I love the results we get with it. Keep up the good work!

This much quieter than our previous Duet and we like the new design and function controls knobs. The steam setting works great.

This product broke in the first 2 months of use

After using this washer for two months the control board stopped working. We were using it as directed and it stopped working.

We really like this machine so far but we haven't had it very long. We have always purchased Whirlpool products because of their construction and reliability, however I would not recommend anyone purchase an appliance these days without getting the extended warranty no matter who the manufacturer is.This machine is replacing another Whirlpool Duet front loader machine that was only four years old, but after having a repairman out several times the warranty company finally gave us our money back because they said it wasn't worth sending a repairman out again.

Love the large capacity and how easy it is to use.

I thought it would be hard to use because of all the options, but it's actually easy. Everything is programmed so whatever type of wash you want to do is just a touch of a button.

This washing machine can take anything you throw at it! We have pets that soil things, a baby that throws up on stuff, and this machine cleans everything like brand new. It has huge capacity for monster loads, as well as a very energy efficient cold cycle! A pre soak option for very soiled loads is a nice option as well, and it's why we chose this model over similar ones. I would recommend highly for families with large laundry needs! We love the led dome light, and the sweet noises they make as you spin the control cycle. We are definitely the envy of all our friends we show our laundry area to!!!
