Options galore!

Our family has had a great time discovering all to the options and features this machine has. It actually makes doing laundry enjoyable.New clothing is expensive, especially having two teenage girls. This machine takes care of our clothing and extends the life of the garment, while keeping it looking good.We are happy!!!

Love it!

Lots of options, cleans well, quiet, energy efficient. The only thing I don't like about this washer is that the controls can't be locked. I like to fold my laundry on top of the washer/dryer. When I do, if they are running, either myself or the clothes hit the controls and mess the cycle all up. I cannot fold clothes on top if they are running. With the limited space I have, this is a negative.

Super easy to use

We just recently bought this new washer and companion dryer. The washer is very easy to use and the clothes come out clean. Some cycles are a little longer than our previous HE Whirlpool. The only thing I feel my be problematic in the future are the door closures have plastic parts. REALLY?? Looks like they will eventually break and need a repair.

Great capacity

We replaced a traditional top-load center agitator machine with this washer. I am very happy with the capacity of the machine and with how well the spin cycle removes water from the laundry. My only frustration is the fact that once I put in the detergent, it immediately drips down into the machine and over inside of the door. If I want to add another garment before turning on the machine, the detergent drips from the door onto the floor of the room.

The machine handles heavy loads and my clothes come out clea

Overall, the machine gets the clothes clean and handles large mixed loads very well. It would have rated higher, but the dispenser gathers mold that does not get clean with the monthly washer treatment. It is easy to take out for cleaning but takes a bit of effort to get into all the nooks and crannies. Also, the electronics gets confused sometimes and the machine has to be unplugged in order to refresh. Since the plug is behind the washer, it is better to use the circuit breaker in the home, an added inconvenience.

I never thought I would get a front-load

I never thought I would purchase a front-load washer. 10 years ago, when I purchased a washer, I felt the price difference would not be worth it. I had also heard about a mildew problem if you did not remove your clothes right away, which was a total turnoff for me. Well, you've come a long way. So glad to have the "fan fresh" feature, that allows me to leave clothes in there over night. I love the features and the way it washes my clothes. I like the feature that there is a place for you to premeasure, detergent, softener and bleech. However, there is not a place to put Biz. And, there is not a way to presoak. So, if I need to pre-soak something, then I need to do it in the laundry sink and it is definitely not as convenient. In some instances, I feel that some loads do not get as clean since there is not as much water. Especially the gentle cycle. I need to do more research and find out a better way to wash dress shirts. Seems like the gentle cycle does not do the job. Perhaps, I need to wash them on normal, as some times the underarms do not get clean. I defintely like the water savings, as well as the larger loads I'm able to do is awesome.
