The Duet is the best washer I've ever owned!

Our family does several loads of laundry a week. The Duet's large capacity allows us to reduce the number of loads and provides us with cleaner clothes.

Wish I would've went with the model that has the self measuring detergent feature. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever. I'm in love with my washer and dryer combo!!

We always loves Whirpool washer and dryer. Our old one finally gave up after 10 years and we purchased this washer and love it.

How easy the machines are to use.

My wife is away and I watched her doing the laundry, taking notes at the same time. This stuff is so easy to use it probably took me longer to write the original notes than actually get the machines running. I don't think I'll tell her how easy I found the machines to use because I just might have to take my turn doing the laundry.

I had a 12 year old lonely repairman washer and struggled every time I did laundry. I thought the issues with my whites was because of my well water. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to use my arsenal of added products to get my whites clean with my new whirlpool!,yes love it!

So worth the extra expense

Coming from an old top loading washer this washer is light years ahead , uses a fraction of the water the top loader did and does 5 times better job of cleaning our clothes. we are very satisfied

This product has an appealing aesthetic, is very quiet, and seems to be a very efficient washer. The options are fairly self explanatory and not overwhelming to the user. After using for several months, we have experienced the following: laundry detergent (powder tide) consistently ends up on the inside of the door, so upon opening the door to empty a load we have to wipe the residue away. There is also a buildup of detergent on the inner rubber lining that must be wiped away after a few loads. When clothes are washed on the delicate cycle, clothes finish the cycle drenched and must be wrung out by hand before drying or hanging to dry. We never had this issue with our old washer (a top loader) and it would seem that a sophisticated machine such as this would more thoroughly drain excess water from clothes on the delicate cycle. All in all, the washer preforms above average, is simple to use, and is pleasing to the eye (nice if your unit is in an area of your home that people walk through or see often). We are very pleased with the quality of cleaning. No strange odors so far.
