product is beautiful and energy efficient

These machines are wasted in my basement laundry room! I wish my guests could see them. The energy efficiency of the washer and dryer, both, are very important to me and they do not disappoint. I love the feature that informs me of the energy efficiency of the cycle I have selected. I can easily change something like the water temperature to make the cleaning of a load of laundry more energy efficient. Not to be forgotten is the beautiful, melodic bell tones that greet me when I turn on my machines and inform me that my load of laundry is finished. Other machines have used a harsh sounding buzzer. The little melodies just make me happy! Why shouldn't a laundry appliance do that?

I love the product except for the longevity it seems that the Designed obsolescence of a front load washers is only 4-5 years which at the money we are paying you would think they might last a bit longer. I am hopeful this one will, my parents had a machine that washed cloths for 8 people and my father still uses the same washer today after 35 plus years.

My washer holds at least two loads compared to my last one! I love how quiet it is and it sings when it's finished. The only thing missing is a way to increase the water level.

we were able to upgrade to this front-loading washer when our old one (under the sears maintenance agreement) was unrepairable w/ drum problems - after 8 yrs! We LOVE the extra steam clean boost & the brain which tells you which temp for the right fabric. & yet the ability to change any settings, like i do often to change the spin cycle to a lower setting to avoid wrinkles. Plus delay wash! so helpful

We love front load washing machines and replaced an set of LG's we purchased just 5 years ago because they vibrated our 2nd floor so badly. True to form, the Whirlpool Duet gives us NO vibration and is nice and quiet. We use natural forms of detergent (soap nuts) and we love the pre-soak feature for heavily soiled loads. It's easy to clean, easy to use and does about everything you could wish a washer would do!! We are very pleased with our purchase.

Can I really be in Love with my washing machine???

Seriously...every time I do laundry now I still say, I really love this washing machine. After much research, reviews etc. It was a difficult decision but I definitely made the right choice. Couldn't ask for a better machine, I love it. Had it since the first of this year, no issues, no bad smells, cleaner clothes, less drying time etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!
