This is a great product

The unit was purchased for our Condominium and we only had a month or so to use it after a major remodeling project. Matched with the steam dryer you would be hard pressed to find anything better. Because the unit is in a small space the noise level is a serious consideration and this unit worked extremely well for us. We can't wait to get back to use the product again.

The washer looks awesome. It also contains many features, most of which I don't I will ever use. A simpler washing-cycle selection would have made this product ideal (at least for a person like me).

The washing machine was put in out Medical Dept and is used constantly with bedding, clothes and bibs. The machine is quiet and cleans and really extracts the water out of the clothse so drying time is minimized.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Many good reasons to own this washer

We did a lot of research before we bought this washer. After 9 months of ownership, we are happy with our purchase. The cleaning performance is at least as good as our old style agitating washer while being gentler on our clothes and using less water. The controls offer lots of flexibility and are easy to use. Just one complaint: if you accidentally hit the power button, you have to rewash the load. There's no way to resume the cycle. I can understand why they had to do it that way, but maybe they could have designed the power button to be harder to press accidentally. The other complaint is that it is very loud near the beginning of the cycle. Otherwise, we are very happy with our purchase.

Amazing proformance

I love the features. Your clothes come out clean and smell clean. Down side is when you pour in the laundry soap it drops in the washer from the dispenser. You need to load your cloths before you placing Soap to prevent dripng out while the door is open. That is the only down side. I love it. I do you recommend purchasing the pedestal for ease of loading and unloading.___

Run very good. Clothing comes out dry enough so that the dryer time is at a minimum.
