Had the washer and dryer for a couple months now and I LOVE THEM! My water bill had even dropped. The washer hardly uses any water and it still amazes me how clean my clothes are.

I bought this washer and also bought the dryer as a pair. I have my old Maytag dryer in the basement, because I wanted my set to match. I am disappointed with my dryer because if wrinkles were still in my clothes after the dryer finished (and I forgot to take them out) I could just put them on "fluff" for 5 minutes and all wrinkles would be gone. I cannot find anything like this on my new Whirlpool duet dryer with steam. I actually do not like it? Very expensive lesson.

Our laundry is much fresher since we bought this washer. I had a whirlpool gold top loading washer that was about 8 years old and I really loved it. This washer takes the cake. It was an adjustment going from top loader to front loader, but it was well worth the switch. We have already seen savings in water usage and electricity since it spins the clothes to slightly damp. The only thing I have had trouble with is a bathroom runner rug...it couldn't spin it out due to being off balance. Would reccommend!

I have only had the washer for 4 1/2 months, so I am unable to verify the reliability of this model. In the past I have been very pleased with Whirlpool appliances. I am hoping I can say the same about this washer. Due to the fact this washer has anti-vibration technology, it is very heavy. Which could prove to be an issue when moving. Appears to be very well built. I absolutely love the extra large capacity. Has more than enough wash cycles. Even one for small loads.

I like adding additional fabric softner to my clothes and this is impossible with my new machine. If it had an additional rinse and spin only cycle, like my older model that would be much better. Beside this feature, I really like the machine.

Our first front loader. Like the convenience. Wash times are longer. A bit noisy. A bit overpriced as are the pedestals for both the washer and the dryer. In fact, the pedestals are way over-priced. Would not buy them again.

I purchased this washer about 6 months ago, I was replacing my stackable washer that I had for over 15 years. I bought this 4.3 cu. to save time and eliminate multiple wash cycles unfortunatly it does not support more then 6 bath towels at one time and the wash cycle is an 1 hour & 28 minutes, which defeats the save time !!The option to virtually eliminate pretreating was a big factor in my purchase after trying multiple times to wash my soiled whites, shirts, baby cloths with the steam clean or soak options I realized the stains dont come out and I "do" have to pretreat the clothes or the stains stay in.This machine does not have a hand wash cycle, to use the delicate cycle for sweaters or other clothing that need gentle care the delicate cycle is set for slow spin... but slow spin leaves the clothing "soaking wet" so every time i use the delicate cycle i have to switch the spin cycle to medium which defeats the delicate cycle.alot of times after washing dirty stuff ie: chidrens bibs or teens sweaters, the dirt from the bib or hairs from the sweater stays in the machine and I have to clean it out.
