This is a great washing machine. It is easy to use and the clothes come out very clean. My only complaint would be that the cycles are longer than our old Whirlpool washer.

The product evidently interested in cow-tailing to environmentalist does not thoroughly rinse the clothes due to lack of water usage. I have to manually add 5 gallons of water in the middle of the rinse cycle. The machine should offer you the choice or offer the option to a service facility to adjust the level.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The washer and dryer that I recently purchased for our new home look and work great. The features on the appliances more than suit the needs of our family of 5. They were a little pricy however the performance so far has been outstanding. We will see how long they last.

I enjoy saving money in using only the water needed for whatever I put in my washing machine. I can wash a very small load or a very large load. I no longer have to hand wash so many items with all the options for use, load size, temperature, delicate cycles and more. The noise created is less than my former machines.I find that my clothes are cleaner than with former machines.

Meets the needs of our large family

When our old duet failed two days before our kids returned from summer camp and football conditioning was to start, I panicked. We did not get the precision dispensing unit because we wouldn't need it. Our new duet has great improvements in features such as steam clean and fan dry. It only takes one cycle to keep all our white football and baseball pants looking new! The improvements in noise and vibration are wonderful!
